Contacts - A contact is the basic information the system stores on a specific client. Consider your contact summary page as your address book. It contains a list of ALL contacts on the system, active and inactive
Leads - A lead is an enquiry made by a potential client on a specific property. The enquiry is added via a contact form either on a property portal pertaining to a specific listing or through your Prop Data website
Profiles - A profile is generated by the system from a Lead, taking information from their enquiry that pertains to their specific interest i.e area, budget, size, property type etc.

A lead is an enquiry made by a potential client on a specific property. In Prop Data Manage, we have added a useful function called the Lead Stage Flow. This is a useful tool agents can use to log and update all communication pertaining to a specific lead, including recording when/if a buyer makes an offer on the property they have enquired on. . The benefit of this is that agents can keep a detailed track record of where they are at with each lead, they can also archive them if they are no longer active.
We have enhanced the Lead Stage Flow with an Applications Stage — this is particularly useful for To Let Listings. Letting Property Practitioners can send TPN compliant rental application form to potential tenants directly from the system
