Manage your Leads through various stages
Monitor agency transactions, Offers & Applications
Manage your deal once a sale is locked in from offer to purchase through to registration in the deeds office. You can capture all details linked to the sale including process-driven workflows to leverage data from your listings, contacts, and documentation databases. Record critical dates and conveyancing milestone statuses. Plus, capture the full financial structure of the deal including above and below-the-line commission breakdowns. You can handle FICA and other mandatory processes with strong financial reporting outputs at all levels for deals over time including commission payouts.
This module gives the Agent the ability to send an electronic Rental Application form directly from the system on a Rental lead enquiry to the applicant (prospective Tenant).
This is done via the Lead record assigned to a Rental listing.
Clients can schedule an in person or video call viewing with the listing agent via the front end website.

The Dashboard is the landing page you will see when you have logged onto the system. The Dashboard is a general overview of all your listings, their total value, your leads and your syndication onto the property portals.
The Documents section allows you to store important documents and images in most common formats. You are able to limit access to documents by branch and user group, categorise documents and assign Tags.
